Ratify necklace but very tiny clasp which is difficult to fasten. Good customer service

Hi Moira, thank you for sharing your thoughts. We do plan to move to lobster claw clasps when we next order chains. These will be larger than the current ring bolt clasps.

Update - we have now been in touch with our supplier and lobster claw clasps will be used on our next delivery of silver chains.
